Dear School #6 Families,

We are looking forward to connecting with our families during our upcoming Parent-Teacher Conferences! These conferences provide a valuable opportunity to discuss your child’s progress, celebrate successes and work together to support continued growth and achievement.

Please review the conference dates and times below, along with the instructions for scheduling your appointments. Scheduling for conference appointments will open in Genesis on October 26 and will remain open until November 11, 2026.

Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on the following dates and times:

• Thursday, November 19, 2026: 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Monday, November 23, 2026: 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Tuesday, November 24, 2026: 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Please note that some students have partnered teachers. If your child has partnered teachers, you should schedule your conference with the teacher listed in the “Schedule Conference with..” column.

For example:

In this example, you would schedule your conference with Nathan Caldwell, as indicated in the “Schedule Conferences with” column.

A complete list of partnered teachers is provided in this letter. Please refer to the Genesis Conference Scheduling Sheet for step-by-step instructions on scheduling your conference appointments in Genesis Parent Portal.

If you do not currently have access to the Genesis Parent Portal, please submit an online registration request by following these steps:

1. Visit the district website at www.winslow-schools.com.
2. Click on the Parent Resources tab.
3. Select Genesis Parent Access.
4. Click on Registration and complete the registration process.

Once your registration is submitted, the school will receive an email notification to set up your account. After your account has been created, you will receive a welcome email. If you experience difficulty with registration, please contact Mrs. Tucker at 856-875-4110 extension 6601 or by email at tuckerch@winslow-schools.com .
