The morning opened with an assembly by a regional representative from the Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation who explained who Alex was, what the foundation's mission is and how our donation would be used to serve children and families impacted by childhood cancer. In the afternoon, student leaders served Lemonade and pretzels to students, staff and the fire department. A portion of the pretzels were donated to School 6 by our local Wawa. School Six was able to raise more than $1,100. Special thanks Ms. Croxton and Ms. Bridgeford for overseeing this project and to the Winslow Township Fire Department for supporting our students.
